Architecture Matters 2016

International Event on Architecture, Society
and the Future, February 19, 2016, Reaktorhalle Munich

Architecture Matters builds on the difference that good architecture can make. Architecture—not reduced to beautiful forms or seen merely as a cost driver, but as a cultural force that understands and shapes the diversity of social life. As a catalyst for renewal.

Architecture Matters addresses architects, representatives of the real estate industry and politics, manufacturers, as well as an interested public. Selected architects from around the world are invited to present their projects and visions and to engage in dialogue with the Munich scene—through lectures, performances, panel discussions, and communicative breaks.

Kick-off in 2016. From then on, annually in Munich.

Lectures, performances & table talks with: Office Kersten Geers David Van Severen, Brussels – Ole Scheeren, Büro OS, Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Berlin – Bompas & Parr, London – Dmitry Likin, Oleg Shapiro, Wowhaus, Moscow – Peter Haimerl, peter haimerl . architektur – Stefan F.
